Introducing Managed Services Journal

Your one-stop shop for building a thriving recurring revenue business (formerly XaaS Journal).

What's next for XaaS Journal?

This week marks a new chapter for XaaS Journal as we transition to the Managed Services Journal (MSJ) – a name that more accurately reflects our core mission: Empowering managed service providers (MSPs) and TSPs to build successful recurring revenue businesses.

This change isn’t about a shift in focus. It’s about clarity. “XaaS” (Everything as a Service) might encompass a broad range of IT delivery models, but our content is laser-focused on the needs and challenges of MSPs. With the new name, Managed Services Journal, you know exactly who we’re here for – managed service providers driving innovation and growth for their clients.

While the name changes, our dedication to MSPs and our vendor and association partners’ success remains constant. Over the past six years, we’ve grown alongside an incredible community of over 10,000 MSP business owners and decision-makers with the help of our vendor and association partners and a staff of over half a dozen tenured writers and editors. We want to express our sincere gratitude for being a vital part of this journey with us.

Here’s what you can always expect from the Managed Services Journal:

  • Actionable content for recurring revenue growth: At the heart of MSJ lies a library of over 45 clearly defined IT services that MSPs can leverage to expand their offerings and supercharge their recurring revenue streams. Every piece of content we create – from trend articles and insightful podcasts to case studies, infographics, and success stories – connects directly to helping MSPs sell these services.
  • Focus on the latest trends: The IT landscape constantly evolves, and MSJ is your trusted partner in navigating this dynamic environment. We bring you the latest technology trends and insights, ensuring MSPs are equipped to offer their clients the most advanced and in-demand solutions.
  • Business tips and strategies: Building a successful MSP business goes beyond technology. MSJ provides expert guidance on essential business practices, marketing strategies, and practical leadership principles to help IT solution providers thrive in a competitive marketplace.

At the Managed Services Journal, we’re committed to being MSPs’ ultimate resource for building a thriving IT services business. We’ll continue to provide the insights, knowledge, and practical tools the IT channel needs to stay ahead of the curve and achieve sustained growth and prosperity.

Welcome to the Managed Services Journal!
